Exit I-95 at Route 175 (Exit 41) and go west approximately two miles, to the light that marks the intersection of MD 175 and Dobbin Road (there is a huge shopping center on your right, just before this light). Turn right on Dobbin Road. At the next intersection marked by a traffic light, turn left onto Old Dobbin Lane. At the end of Old Dobbin Lane, at the T-intersection, turn left onto Tamar Road. Go just a few hundred feet on Tamar Road and turn left onto Foreland Garth. Go past the gas station, the little shopping center, and past the church (all of them on your right). Immediately after the church, turn right, and go down into what looks like the back parking lot of the church. (If that lower lot is full, as it may be on Sundays, go back up to the little shopping center. There are usually plenty of parking spots up there.) Continue around, to the right, and down. That's also the parking lot down behind the Arts Center. Park there. There is a broad flight of steps that lead up from the parking lot into the fountain courtyard. Go up the steps. The main entrance to the Arts Center is the double glass doors on your left, at the top of the steps. Our meeting room is on that main level, inside, to the left past the Information Desk.
