The retail gallery is juried work, the exhibition schedule is national (invitational and juried) and our classes are designed to be both innovative and challenging. There is no application/prospectus for retail. Artists should call (540 946 3294) to make an appointment (pre screened over the phone), information is mailed and a 30 minute appointment is set. The artist meets with the Director and two guest jurors (academics, gallery owners, artists, etc.). We plan 6-8 exhibitions each year. The first two are all-Virginia, (the schedule opens 9/21) the next 5 are national calls, those we will have a prospectus. Additionally, we also have a featured artist program.
