Deborah Gibson, the Winner of the Autumn 2003 Bead O'the Quarter

This bead was inspired from Corina Tettinger's Spotlight on Silver. The base bead was opal yellow, wrapped in silver leaf, followed by transparent teal/aqua dots. I then slowly melted the dots using gravity to achieve a more random distribution. The only thing I don't like about this bead is the apparent "pitting" of the silver veining, perhaps due to too much heat.
