	Join us and support all of our activities. This is a form for you to fill out in order to join the Mid-Atlantic Glass Beadmakers. Annual regional chapter dues are $15.00. Print this form and complete it. Then mail it and your dues (and annual renewals) to Darragh Brady, our Membership Coordinator. Renewals are due annually at the time of the first Quarterly Meeting in January of each year.
